4. Payment Information

We do not store your full payment card details on our servers. All payment processing is handled securely by our payment partners:

• Paddle — for global payments, VAT/GST handling, and subscription management
• Razorpay — for Indian market payments, UPI, net banking, and card processing
• Cashfree — for Indian market payments, UPI, cards, net banking, and instant settlements

These partners comply with PCI-DSS standards and handle all sensitive payment data. We only receive transaction confirmations and masked payment details.

linktostore.bio provides a bio-link storefront platform that enables users to list and sell Instagram pages. Our platform facilitates connections between sellers and buyers and processes payments through third-party payment gateways including Paddle, Razorpay, and Cashfree.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where our services are prohibited
• You have not been previously suspended or removed from the platform

4. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Listing Guidelines

When listing Instagram pages for sale, you agree to:

• Provide accurate descriptions, follower counts, and engagement metrics
• Verify that you are the legal owner of the page being listed
• Not list pages that violate Instagram's Terms of Service
• Not list pages containing prohibited, fraudulent, or misleading content
• Not engage in price manipulation or fake bidding

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following:

• Using the platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempting to circumvent our fee structure or payment systems
• Interfering with other users' listings or transactions
• Uploading malicious code or attempting to breach platform security
• Impersonating any person or entity
• Collecting user information without consent

7. Transactions and Fees

All transactions on the platform are processed through our payment partners:

• Paddle — handles global payments, VAT/GST compliance, and currency conversion
• Razorpay — handles Indian market payments including UPI, net banking, and cards
• Cashfree — handles Indian market payments, UPI, cards, net banking, and instant payouts

We charge a service fee on each completed transaction. The fee structure is displayed during listing setup and may be updated with notice. All fees are inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law.

8. Payment Terms

Payouts to sellers are processed after transaction confirmation and any applicable holding period. Typical settlement times:

• Paddle payouts: 7-14 business days after transaction completion
• Razorpay payouts: T+3 business days for Indian merchants
• Cashfree payouts: T+1 business day for Indian merchants (instant settlement available)

We reserve the right to hold funds for investigation in case of disputes or suspicious activity.

9. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes between buyers and sellers, we will facilitate resolution in good faith. If a dispute cannot be resolved, we may make a final decision based on available evidence. Both parties agree to cooperate fully during the dispute process.

10. Intellectual Property

The platform, including its design, code, branding, and content, is owned by linktostore.bio and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, linktostore.bio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless linktostore.bio, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these terms.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, including for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Pending transactions will be settled according to our standard procedures.

14. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or platform notice. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

15. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, India.

At linktostore.bio, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction for all parties involved in a transaction. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations are processed on our platform.

2. Definitions

• Buyer — the party purchasing an Instagram page through the platform
• Seller — the party listing and selling an Instagram page through the platform
• Platform Fee — the service charge retained by linktostore.bio for facilitating the transaction

3. Buyer Refund Policy

As a buyer, you may request a refund within 7 days of the transaction date under the following conditions:

• The Instagram page delivered does not match the description (follower count, engagement rate, niche, etc.)
• The seller fails to transfer ownership of the page within the agreed timeframe
• The page is subsequently reclaimed by the original owner due to fraudulent transfer
• The page violates Instagram's Terms of Service in a way that was not disclosed at the time of sale

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• Change of mind after the page has been delivered and ownership transferred
• Loss of followers or engagement after the transfer has been completed
• Instagram account suspension due to the buyer's actions after taking ownership
• Disputes arising more than 7 days after the transaction date

4. Refund Process

To request a refund:

• Contact our support team at refunds@linktostore.bio within 7 days of the transaction
• Provide your transaction ID, the page in question, and a detailed explanation of the issue
• Include any supporting evidence (screenshots, messages, etc.)

We will investigate the claim within 5-7 business days and communicate the outcome. If approved, refunds are processed through the original payment method via Paddle, Razorpay, or Cashfree.

5. Refund Timelines

Once a refund is approved:

• Card payments (via Paddle): 5-10 business days to reflect
• UPI / Net Banking (via Razorpay): 3-5 business days to reflect
• UPI / Cards / Net Banking (via Cashfree): 2-5 business days to reflect
• Wallet / other methods: Varies by method, typically 2-7 business days

6. Seller Payout Cancellation

If a refund is approved, the seller's payout for that transaction will be reversed. If funds have already been disbursed, the amount will be deducted from future payouts or the seller will be invoiced for repayment.

7. Platform Fee on Refunds

Our platform fee is non-refundable, as it covers the costs of processing the transaction, payment gateway fees, and dispute resolution. However, in cases where the error is clearly on our side (platform malfunction), we will refund the full amount including our fee.

8. Cancellation Policy

Before Payment

Listings can be removed or unpublished by the seller at any time before a transaction is initiated.

After Payment (Pending Fulfillment)

If a buyer cancates the image before the seller has transferred the page, a full refund will be issued minus a 5% processing fee.

After Fulfillment

Cancellation is not possible once the page has been delivered and ownership transferred. The refund policy above applies instead.

9. Chargebacks

If a buyer initiates a chargeback with their bank or card issuer, the account will be immediately suspended pending investigation. We will provide all transaction evidence to the payment processor. Abuse of the chargeback process may result in permanent account suspension.

10. Dispute Resolution

If you are unsatisfied with our refund decision, you may escalate the matter by contacting disputes@linktostore.bio. We will review the case with a senior team member and aim to provide a final decision within 10 business days.
